Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days, then delivery takes a further 2–5 working days, depending on courier volume. Weekends and public holidays are excluded, and campaign periods can run slightly longer.

Yes. Every price shown on this site is in Singapore Dollars and already includes GST — the figure you see on the product page is the figure you pay. Delivery is charged separately per the rates above.

Our canned wet food is sold in minimum quantities of two per item. Cans travel better in pairs and it keeps the per-unit delivery cost down. Your cart will reflect the minimum before checkout.

Only before it has been packed or dispatched. Once an order is with the courier we can't recall it, but you can request a return after it arrives — see our Refund Policy.

Gradually, over at least 7 days. Start with a small amount of ZIWI mixed into their current food, then increase it a little each day while reducing the old food. This gives the digestive system time to adjust to a much richer diet. Full detail on our transition guide.

Yes, and this surprises almost everyone. ZIWI Peak is far more nutrient-dense than kibble, so a correct serving is visibly smaller than your pet is used to. Follow the feeding guide on the pack rather than matching their old bowl volume, and resist the urge to top it up.

It is not unusual during the first few weeks of any food change. If it continues, it is most often a sign of overfeeding rather than intolerance — reduce the portion slightly. If it persists beyond that, speak to your vet.

No. The recipes are formulated for the specific needs of each species. ZIWI Peak dog food does not meet a cat's nutritional requirements, and vice versa.

Yes. All three follow the same PeakPrey® ratios, so they combine without unbalancing the diet. A common approach is a Steam & Dried base with Air-Dried sprinkled on top. See Compare Our Ranges.

This matters more here than in most markets. Reseal the bag fully after every serving and keep it somewhere cool and dry — away from the kitchen window, and out of direct sun. Use within 8 weeks of opening. Do not decant into an open container.

Air-Dried and Steam & Dried have a shelf life of 24 months; canned wet food 36 months. Once a can is opened, refrigerate it and use within 7 days.
