This website is operated by Shangyi Logistics Consultant Pte Ltd, trading as ZIWI Peak Singapore (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting ziwipetssg.com or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before using the site.

1. Online Store Terms

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use our products or this site for any unlawful purpose.

2. Product Information

We take care to describe our products accurately, including ingredients, guaranteed analysis, and weights. Packaging, formulation, and label artwork may be updated by the manufacturer from time to time. The information printed on the product packaging you receive takes precedence over the website.

3. Pet Health & Product Suitability

Our products are food for cats and dogs. Nothing on this site is veterinary advice. If your pet has a medical condition, is pregnant or nursing, or is on a prescribed diet, please consult your veterinarian before changing its food. Introduce any new food gradually.

4. Pricing & Availability

All prices are shown in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to limit or refuse quantities on any order.

5. Orders, Acceptance & Minimum Quantities

Your order is an offer to purchase. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance; a contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where stock is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or the order appears fraudulent.

Our canned wet food is sold in minimum quantities of two (2) cans per item. Orders that do not meet this minimum cannot be completed at checkout.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

7. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery timeframes, fees, and conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and we are not liable for courier delays outside our control.

8. Risk of Loss or Damage

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. Please inspect your order on arrival and report damage or shortages within the timeframes in our Shipping and Refund policies.

9. Storage & Handling

Please follow the storage instructions printed on the packaging. Singapore’s humidity can affect air-dried and steam-dried food once opened; reseal packaging fully and keep it in a cool, dry place. We cannot accept responsibility for product spoilage caused by storage after delivery.

10. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Promotions, Vouchers & Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to their own terms, may be limited in time or quantity, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined unless expressly stated. We may withdraw or amend a promotion at any time.

12. Account Information

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Please tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.

13. Personal Data

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

14. Marketing Communications

If you opt in to marketing, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.

15. Third-Party Tools, Apps & Links

This site may use third-party tools and link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices.

16. Reviews & Submissions

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and publish that content in connection with our business. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and must not post unlawful or offensive material.

17. Intellectual Property

The ZIWI and ZIWI Peak names, logos, and product imagery are the property of their owner and are used under licence. Site content may not be copied or reused without written permission.

18. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this site to breach any law, infringe intellectual property, transmit malicious code, scrape or harvest data, interfere with site security, or resell our products without our written consent.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and the Sale of Goods Act.

20. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shangyi Logistics Consultant Pte Ltd and its officers, employees, and suppliers from any claim arising out of your breach of these terms.

21. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, industrial action, port or customs delays, or courier disruption.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

23. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
