Product Details +

Venison is a novel protein — a good option for dogs with sensitive stomachs who react to more common proteins.

ZIWI Peak's Air-Dried Venison recipe is 96% venison, organs and mussel, built on PeakPrey® ratios that mirror what a dog would naturally eat — no potato, no grains, no rendered meat or meal taking up space in the bag. This is a single-protein, limited-ingredient recipe — no added beef, chicken, lamb or fish alongside the venison.

On top of that base, Z-BOOST® superfoods are worked in: cold-washed green tripe for digestion, New Zealand green mussel for omega-3, and organic kelp for trace minerals. The air-drying process locks in nutrition at low temperature rather than cooking it out, without the freezer space or thawing routine raw food actually demands. Scoop it out of the pouch, serve, done.

Because it's so nutrient-dense, most dogs eat a smaller volume per meal than they would on standard kibble — worth knowing before you measure out the usual scoop.

FAQ +

Is this suitable for puppies?

Yes. It's formulated as complete and balanced for every life stage, so one bag covers puppy through senior without switching recipes.

What are the Z-BOOST superfoods for?

Green tripe supports digestion, New Zealand green mussel adds omega-3 for skin and coat, and organic kelp supplies trace minerals — added on top of the meat base, not replacing it.

How much should I feed?

Because it's nutrient-dense, most dogs eat a smaller volume than they would on standard kibble. Start with less than your dog's usual serving and adjust based on body condition.

How long does it keep once opened?

Use within 8 weeks of opening. Reseal the pouch tightly and store away from direct sunlight.
