Official distributor
The official home of ZIWI Peak® in Singapore
Who brings ZIWI Peak into Singapore, how we are appointed, and where to buy it.
Our appointment
ZIWI Peak is made in New Zealand by ZIWI Limited. In Singapore, the ZIWI trademark is held by Ziwi Hong Kong Trading Limited, a subsidiary of the New Zealand group.
On 26 August 2026, Ziwi Hong Kong Trading Limited appointed Shangyi Logistics Consultant Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202222629R) as its Sole & Exclusive All-Channel Distributor for ZIWI brand products in the Republic of Singapore. The appointment covers every sales channel here — this website, pet specialty stores, veterinary clinics, supermarkets, chain accounts, and wholesale and trade customers.
It also means we appoint and supply resellers. Retailers who buy from us are authorised to sell ZIWI through their own stores, their own websites and their own online marketplace listings. What makes a seller authorised is not where they sell, but that their stock came through us.
Every product we supply is sourced directly from ZIWI or its appointed supply channels, and is 100% authentic.
Our letter of authorisation is available to retailers, veterinary clinics and e-commerce platforms on request. Write to ziwi@sygroup.com.sg.
Where to buy
Two ways to buy genuine ZIWI
You can buy from us directly, or from a reseller we supply. Both are authorised. What matters is that the stock came through us.
Authorised resellers
Pet specialty stores, veterinary clinics, supermarkets and online retailers that buy from us. They are authorised to sell ZIWI through their own shops, websites and marketplace listings.
Not sure whether a seller is authorised? Write to ziwi@sygroup.com.sg with a link or a shop name and we will confirm.
What this means for you
100% authentic
Every product comes from ZIWI's own supply chain, imported into Singapore through official channels.
